As defined in the Code Contributor Weights Guide, the valuation process for weights has used several methodologies to reach the most fair and accurate value. Once trading of $MOR goes live (on May 8th), the future valuations will follow a single approach. This will be based off the dividing the annual $MOR emitted to Code Contributors by 100,000,000 to get the $MOR per weight, then multiplying by the live $MOR price to get the USD per Weight. The following calculator can be used to estimate this value based off a user input of $MOR. Note: the emissions number used is for Year 1.
